Refund policy

We have a "custom made" policy, which means that we don't keep products stocks, rather, we make a new one upon order\request. 

Non-returnable items
As mentioned above, our products are all custom orders\personalized items made special to each order. That is why we cannot return the item if there wasn't mistake from our side.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure not to take longer than 24 hours to refer about the issue for an immediate response. We apologize to accept any issue after 14-days of receiving the item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and when to pick up the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will start working on for the new item.

Please note that returns will need to have service fee for a thrid-party shipping company.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will contact you to make sure no delays on your refund. Please remember it can take some time process the refund too.

Please note that we will deduct shipping fees for the third-party that will pick the items up from you.
